iPhone beta help
Testing Jackpot with a child under 13?
Apple TestFlight is not available to testers under age 13. This does not mean Jackpot itself is limited to users age 13 or older.
How registered-device beta access works
- The child’s iPhone must be registered with the Jackpot developer account before the special iOS beta build can be installed.
- Beta access is limited to the specific iPhone that was registered.
- Parents do not need to change or misrepresent the child’s Apple account age.
- Registered-device access is arranged individually and is not guaranteed to be available immediately.
Protect your family’s information
Do not publicly post device identifiers. Jackpot will never ask for an Apple password, a child’s Apple account credentials, a Jackpot profile passcode, or a family invitation code to arrange this beta access.
If device-registration information is needed, we will explain how to provide only the required information through an appropriate private process.
Request help with iPhone beta access
